Participants are expected to attend one live, interactive session per week, with additional time for reflection and application assignments. Program begins at 9:00 AM.

While live participation is highly encouraged, there will be one make-up day available per session, the topics covered will be summaries of the contents missed by those attending.

MEet Jodie Gallant, Program Leader
Jodie has spent more than 20 years mastering the art of business branding, marketing, and community leadership. After a decade as a marketing leader for a medium-sized cable operator, where she consistently drove sales growth and established herself as a respected leader, Jodie recognized the need for a new direction. She transitioned out of corporate life in 2012 to launch JMG Marketing, a firm dedicated to serving the marketing needs of businesses in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region.
Over the years, Jodie has worked with over 300 businesses, helping them grow by developing strategic, impactful marketing plans. However, her passion for leadership and mentorship evolved when she began working with a business coach. This experience ignited a desire to support business owners not just through marketing, but also through leadership development and coaching.
Today, Jodie leads the Leadership Lab, designed to equip new supervisors and team leaders with the tools, strategies, and insights needed to excel. The 8-week program focuses on fostering empathy, developing interpersonal skills, and applying practical leadership strategies that drive team success. Through workshops, real-world applications, and live coaching, Jodie helps participants build confidence and become impactful leaders within their organizations.
