How to get started?

Wondering where to get started? We recommend going to our ways to work section and look around to see what suits you. We offer multiple packages as well as spaces. After you have found the one that fits your work style you can purchase it right away!

We also recommend following these 4 steps to secure your membership access!

How do I gain access to the building?

WORK Lakes Region is located at 51 Elm Street in Laconia’s Lakeport area facing Railroad Ave. 

The space is currently accessible DAILY 7AM to 7PM. Once you are a registered guest you will be guided through our email onboarding process to access your digital key through our Membership App. 

Once you have booked a meeting room or signed up for a membership/day pass, we will send you an email of how to download our app which includes a special key to grant you access to our building.

What is shared space coworking?

Our “Dandelion room” is our shared coworking space! It is an environment that offers a collaborative and flexible workspace open to everyone. Our shared space offers open seating upon entering our facility. This open seating is available to our day pass and coworking members!

What is a hot desk?

A hot desk is a dedicated desk for the day in a “cubicle” like area with 8 desks that offers you a place to call your own while you are here, with a Sit/Stand Uplift Desk and access to multiple outlets and usb plugs.

Typical hours to work out of WORK

WORK Lakes region is open from 7 AM - 7 PM 7-days a week. However, do you need something different? Let us know!

What happens if my digital key is not working?

Give us a call or text immediately. 603-630-6358. Once your membership is validated, we can grant your access remotely.

Do you have a reception area or receptionist?

For optimal ease of use and convenience for YOUR schedule, WLR is a fully automated coworking model, which means there is no community manager to conduct your onboarding and no receptionist on staff to support your needs. 

Our space is designed for today’s modern professional and is a flexible, OnDemand access solution for shared workspace and community connections. Our members are responsible for their own reception management, welcoming in their guests upon arrival as our space is locked at all times and only accessible by members or scheduled users for our meeting space.

How do I register to become a member?

To register to become a member you can go to the top of our website and click on the Get To Work button and that will take you to the different membership options that we offer.

If I get a membership can I change it?

At WORK Lakes Region, you can easily adjust your membership to fit your changing needs. Whether you want to upgrade to a more comprehensive plan or simplify your membership, the process is flexible and hassle-free. This adaptability ensures you always have the perfect workspace solution as your needs evolve.  

As a member can I list WORK as a business address?

Any perks or special benefits given to members only?

Yes we do! We love each and every one of our members and always want to make sure they feel like they are a part of the community. Some perks are discounted meeting spaces, members only events, and easier bookings.
